This place used to be phenomenal. It's gone downhill. The office now looks shabby inside. The last few times I've seen the doctors for a facial skin concern, they haven't even looked at my face. Getting prescriptions filled is a nightmare, and the staff is rude and unhelpful. Worst of all, they are so backlogged with appointments that long-time clients can't get in to see the doctor for love or money. I do want my doctors to be successful, but I also want to be able to get an appointment if I'm having an acute rash or concern. "Oh, horrible rash on your face today, right now, this instant? We'll see you in TWO MONTHS." I'm finding someone else.

I can't give a review of this practice because no one ever answers the phone. All you get is hold music for 10 - 30 minutes!! My time is more valuable than that. I found a nice office up the road at White Spruce.

Dr. Duffy is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind and compassionate. I was in a lot of pain and she helped make me a treatment plan to finally alleviate symptoms I have been having for years. I am so thankful to her and her team.
