We've now used Genesis twice and they're always so prompt and helpful. Benjamin was able to assess and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes, and was very transparent with what the issue was. They're great!!

Excellent repair job in an emergency situation. In the middle of the night, a deranged person pushed open our gate to enter our backyard--and we were no longer able to close the gate to prevent other strangers from entering our property. Lior from Genesis came right over, and within a few hours he was able to to repair the damage done to our gate and now it is working properly and cannot be forced open! We really appreciate the fast service, the professionalism, and the reasonable price! Thank you--I will call them again for any other gate issue in the future.
