We were seriously planning on switching offices. My son has been going since he was 8, He just turned 16.He needed so much work done plus we weren’t constant because our appointments kept getting cancelled by the system & we wouldn’t get callbacks to reschedule. Anyways, he enjoyed going but for almost a year or more he didn’t care for the new doctor change. She wasn’t very positive and would make him always feel like he failed at his teeth cleaning and care of his gums. We thought it was because she was pushing sales on the mouthwashes, rinses and toothpaste she was trying to sell but we bought it anyways. STILL she wasn’t happy. She scolded my son like he was her son. I had to finally complain to the office manager. He no longer wanted to be seen at your Apple Valley office but then I called to reschedule our missed appt and was told she left for almost two months and me and my son were excited to head back in. We were always greeted so kindly by Maria. Probably stayed as long as we did because of her positive attitude and reassurance everything will be ok. She’s the one who rescheduled our appointment and also heard again my concerns. She advised there is a new doctor and she’s certain we will approve. Well guess what? We did!! This doctor took the time to introduce himself, listened to our past concerns, reassured us as long as we r consistent my son may only have two more months to go in his braces. He looked at my sons teeth was uplifting to my son. Told him his teeth look great! My son finally smiled!!! All the $$ we put into his teeth for a perfect smile finally came out on this visit!! The office also seemed more calm, we didn’t wait 25 plus minutes to be seen, which is important since I have to pull my son out of school and have him return. Everything ran smoothly! I was so very impressed and more importantly my son is happy again! Smiling again! That’s what dentist offices are suppose to do.. bring out that smile they worked so hard on! The worst dental office I have ever taken anyone too for treatment. They are not very gentle either. I inquired how much a new patient exam would cost and was quoted $600 for an new patient exam. That is absurd, when I found a different dentist that does new patient exams for $59.

Gentle dental has great Costumer service and Maria incredibly friendly and good at her job. She is a very hard worker and explains everything perfectly You can tell they know what they are doing. Maria helped us out so much with our financials and also was very clear and gave us very good information that we would be able to use for our future visits here. Thank you so much gentle dental.
