Stay far away from this dentist. They are money hungry & unprofessional. I seen this dentist towards the end of July-Beginning of August for dental work which my insurance covered half and i had to pay half TO BE SEEN which was not a problem. After they got payment in store, i got my work done and went on my merry way. Now towards the end of August i received a bill in the mail for charges. I call the dental office and the receptionist says she doesn’t know why I’m being charged because they are switching to new systems and will request for their billing department to call me. We are now in September and i am still receiving the same bill in the mail, with still no call from billing department. First, why & HOW am i being charged now if i wasn’t even able to be seen UNLESS i paid???? Doesn’t make sense right? & WHY can nobody give me an answer on why im being charged? Every time i call now im getting voicemail. Well i Hope you guys listen to my voicemail and read this review, you will NOT be getting paid because i can guarantee these are bullshit charges. You can put it in collections and i’ll dispute it. Lousy ass office, & people that work for this office should be ashamed.

I was totally thinking the worst about this dentist appointment until I had my first visit with them, then I was amazed on how much nicer they treated me with the experience and knowledge that I seen, Thank you for your experience and answers to my questions, I have told all my friends and family about Gentle Dental, I can’t wait until my next appointment with you Thank you Ernie Boone

Went in for a chipped tooth and was told I needed a root canal and was not given any other option. Got a second option and got a crown. Been 8 months now and everything is going great. Don't have faith in the doctors they have. Especially when rumor has it this is where all the new doctors go after graduation. I'd go someplace with more experienced dentists
