Terrible experience. Made me jump through loops to make payments. After paying $788 they refused to pick up my truck until the next day. The next day was even worse. They told me to lock my keys in the truck so the tow truck driver could get them. Never mentioned any extra fee. When my truck was brought to the location they refused to pay their driver any extra fee and insisted I pay them so they can drop the truck. After an extra $80 fee I finally got my truck. They will up their prices as you are working with them. They also told the tow truck driver to take off with my truck so they could charge extra fees for putting it in a lot. They are completely unprofessional and extremely disrespectful
