Good listner, willing to find outside help with specialty doctors who can find out why your having problems he feels you need to see. He’s very cheerful with a funny personality and works well with staff also.

I have seen Dr. McNicoll for the past 10 yrs. He always takes the time to listen to me and make sure I understand everything. He keeps trying till we solve any medical issues. I appreciate all he has done

Dr. McNicoll has been my primary care doctor for over 7 years and he knows what he’s doing. He’s also very personable and truly seems to care. His diagnosis had always been spot on. I’m glad to have him as my provider.
