Dr Krampitz and his team were top notch, from assessment, communication, medical procedures, and constant check-ins throughout my stay. What I also loved was the coordination and execution of a organized check out process where I was able to prove I was ready to leave and didn't need to wait a minute longer.

Dr. Krampitz listened to our concerns and questions. We never felt rushed and/or dismissed in our process. He actually met us in the very beginning of our therapy treatment and outlined the entire process which he mentioned it would be a marathon. We actually sought a second opinions and he offered us referrals without any judgment. My husband went through what we thought was going to be a complex and straight forward surgery but as it turned out, it was much more intense and lasted close to 14 hours after some complications. He and his staff were impeccable in keeping up informed and we felt like a priority for every question and/or concern before, during and after surgery. The marathon is not over, and we look to him for continued support and resources.
