Want not to worry about a real estate transaction? Call Gina. It's that simple. Years ago she helped us purchase a condo as first-time home buyers. Recently when I needed to find a tenant, something I had done before, and found I was having problems, I asked Gina to use her resources and provide advice to get the condo rented. It was because of and only because of her that I was able to get it rented when I did. Her patience and integrity are beyond reproach. It took much more time and work than either of us anticipated, but she never complained or even thought of bailing out on me. 100% to return for my next transaction.

I can't say enough about how lucky I was to get to work with Gina Michelle and her team. To say that they go above and beyond is really an understatement. They had my back every step of the way and were steadfast, dependable, responsive, and incredibly well-informed throughout every aspect of a long and challenging close. Gina is also incredibly attuned to the emotional dimensions of the home-buying process and could easily moonlight as a therapist if she wanted to. Not to mention that her whole team will also make you laugh, which is also a bonus. :)
