The result of my carpet cleaning service was exceptional, and I'm quite satisfied with how my carpets look now. There was a bit of a hiccup with the scheduling, but these things happen. Melvin was supposed to arrive between 9 AM and 11 AM. At around 9:30, Melvin rang me up, informing me that he got delayed waiting for some home repairs and would be able to come over around 10 AM. I reassured him that I was at home anyway, but it wasn't my intention to wait until almost 1 PM. It was a bit inconvenient as I had several tasks to do, and if I had known earlier about the delay, I could have managed my time better. Even a heads up that he would be there after 12 could have helped me schedule my errands. Despite the timing issue, Melvin performed an excellent job with the carpet cleaning. He was also friendly and meticulous, which I greatly appreciate.

The experts from this carpet cleaning service were absolutely outstanding! Brian and Melvin, along with their team, were tremendously courteous, dependable, and a pleasure to work with. There was a small hiccup, a delay of about 16-20 minutes, in contacting the customer service representative. However, we had a delightful chat in my driveway in Greenbrae, whilst patiently waiting for a few adjustments to my account. Other than this tiny delay, the results were fantastic. My area rugs now look stunning, all thanks to these carpet cleaning professionals.

As a property manager in Greenbrae, Melvin and Brian from a renowned carpet cleaning service paid a visit to one of the properties I oversee. They did a superb job! They were thoughtful enough to wear booties, and even went the extra mile to mop the entryway after they finished their tasks. Not only were they punctual, but they also demonstrated remarkable professionalism. They successfully removed stains from the carpet that we initially believed were irreparable. Both my clients and I are tremendously appreciative of their exceptional work!
