I can't understand HOW I don't see many reviews about how unbelievably LOUD this place is. It's right on a VERY busy corner where so many loud motorcycles, and trucks drive by. And the walls and windows don't keep any of the noise out. I travel with a white noise machine and good ear plugs (not the ones they provide you in the drawer which tells you something right there.) That did nothing. Every few minutes we were woken up by the noise. I have never had this problem at any hotel in my life. We were losing our minds-trying to sleep and being woken up. Even my 9 year old was getting upset when he couldn't fall asleep for a long, long while. It ruined the end of our trip. We ACTUALLY booked the beautiful Marriott at the airport, 15 minutes away for not much more money, woke our children up and left the hotel at midnight. We were too tired to go to the island on our last day because we were up for hours in the middle of the night. It was absolutely AWFUL. |They gave us half the money back. |The area is terrible too. Scummy. The hotel is decorated in an almost-creepy, cheap way but it was clean. The staff was very very friendly and nice when we checked in. But it's worth about $75 a night, NOT $250!! If you're using drugs or will be drunk, then maybe you could sleep through the night. But it's actually not much less than the Marriott which was one of the best hotel experiences I have EVER had!

We only stayed for one night but enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! The towels are soft. Free parking. Great location. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again for a quick trip to Seattle

Great and clean hotel that is underpriced based on being VERY clean and VERY comfortable, and its close location to downtown Seattle. Jersey at the front desk checked me in -- and she gave me one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITE check-in experiences of my life! I stay in dozens of hotels every year b/c I do a lot of business travel, and Jersey was EXCEPTIONAL: super kind and warm, upbeat and positive with her energy, provided valuable information without me asking, and super professional. We also shared several hearty laughs. The owners / managers of this hotel should know: you have a TRUE GEM in Jersey. As someone who consults to businesses and companies, I can tell you that she has ALL OF THE TRAITS of a business leader. She is going places!! So don't undervalue her!!!
