I've been with this doctors office for almost 10 years now. Dr. Hizon himself is a very nice guy and a very good doctor, however, the office staff is not nearly as pleasant to be around. I've had an eye infection for three days now, and stopped at the office at 8 am when it opened. The waiting room was vacant, and I asked the receptionist Daisy if Dr. Hizon could take a quick look at my eye and send an eye dropper prescription to my pharmacy. She refused to accommodate other than to tell me I would have to wait until tomorrow for a video call. Not sure how any doctor can examine someone's eye without being there in person, but nonetheless, I didn't want to wait another day while the infection persists. Luckily, Dr. Hizon walked by at that moment, and I asked him if he could send in an order for an eye dropper, and he gladly said he would accommodate. Daisy didn't seem too happy about the situation, as evident because I am now at CVS waiting for my prescription, which was never ordered. I just called the office, and Daisy answered, and I informed her that I am here at CVS and the eye dropper order has not been sent in. She stated that she does not send in orders until the end of the day and that she can not accommodate me. The behavior she is displaying is petty and unprofessional, and because of her actions, I will now have to go home and wait until the end of the day to drive back to CVS to get my eye dropper. Hopefully the GM reading this review will take action and ensure that this type of behavior doesn't happen again to any other of Dr. Hizon's patients. Dr. Hizon himself has always acted like a professional, and I am certain that he would not condone this type of behavior from his staff.
