Wife shorter immigrant went to get an estimate. Issue around getting the appointment found. Got estimate and from what I thought scheduled for March repair.
Insurance called today and said you’re not on schedule.
Called today and was told I am not on schedule and explained issue of appointment and wife’s feeling about targeted as recent immigrant and concern around her experience there.
Dealer said they were not going to do the repair due to my wife’s feeling.
Wow! Just wanted to make them aware of how she felt and to ensure I was on schedule for repair.
Sucks when you tell someone how someone felt in an experience and then they refuse business.
It’s their right and I accept but wow!
