Not even sure where to start. I have an insurance limit of 10k, and they estimated my damages will be 3k. But they won’t fix my car because “they don’t feel comfortable” with the insurance limits. Something’s not adding up. Isn’t this a car place? How does that make any sense? If you felt uncomfortable fixing my car, tell me upfront and don’t give me some low-ball estimate.
