Our car broke down on I-90 and we had it towed to Gere auto repair. They were able to diagnose and look at our car the next day. They were very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them for your car repairs.

Gere does great work. The staff is awesome and knowledgeable. They're very thorough, and committed to seeing you get the value you expect for what you spend on keeping your car on the road. I had some issues after some work they did, we weren't sure if it was part of the same issue, or something undiagnosed. They helped track down the issue and told me what I needed to know to make an informed decision about next steps.

I called to get an apportionment for my air conditioner to be looked at. The staff that answered the phone were knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. They gave me detailed timelines and estimates on what the cost would be to diagnose. I had an issue dropping the car off and they made MULTIPLE changes and accommodations to help this stay at home mom. I haven’t even taken my car in yet but needed to give kind words to their staff the schedules and answers the phone. Not many business are efficient, have quick service and lead with kindness. This is one of those businesses.
