When I knocked because it’s locked the employee inside points at the signs on the door then continues what he’s doing. Behind that door is the sanitizer station which shows me it’s the correct entrance. I was at the MAIN entrance and none of the signs on the door apply to me since I need to He’s not willing to help me figure out what’s going on then I’ll just go elsewhere. As a tradesman that spends tens of thousands at a business I expect a short conversation which would take 10 seconds out of his day to resolve my confusion. Gescan lost my business permanently today.
While I’m sitting here writing this I notice another tradesman standing in front of the door confused when no one comes up and helps them because again, the signs don’t apply to all of us. Thankfully he got back In his truck and left just like I did.
