I worked with Matt for 2 or 3 years, back when I was in high school, training during the baseball offseason. Overall a great experience - he taught me so much about how to structure workouts for particular goals, use proper form, etc. My strength and power were increasing like crazy during my time training with him. He was always super understanding and friendly, and made strength training and getting used to the gym environment much less daunting.

Matt is a great trainer and modifies your training program based on your individual goals. Through our work together I have gotten stronger and my arms and shoulders are more defined. Matt is super flexible and does his best to work with your schedule. I always look forward to our training sessions and leave feeling stronger!

I have been working with Matt for almost 3 years now, and I've never felt stronger! Matt is very knowledgeable and will explain what the movements are supposed to do so that you can focus on proper form and technique. He understands that people have different goals and lifestyles and will create individualized workouts. Highly recommend!
