From our very first contact with Phil we were impressed. He responded to our inquiries quickly and made sure we were taken care of every step along the way. On the first visit Phil spent more time than any other contractor (we checked into 15 others) assessing our property and really listening. He listened to concerns about underground electrical and cable lines, he stepped off distance to the well, confirmed the design, considered how we planned on using the area after installation, and suggested small tweaks to maximize parking space beside the project, and play area for our sons and grandkids. This company CARES. The bid we received FAR surpassed all other bids in professionalism, an easy-to-understand format, and in detailed itemization of every expense. And it was among the lower bids. We were kept informed with each step in the project and suggestions were made for how we could help expedite it. The workers who ran the machinery were kind, courteous and happy to explain what they were doing. No one ever gave the impression they were impatient or didn't have time to speak with us, even late in the day when many might be eager to get home. The final bill was exactly what the bid stated it would be. You won't be sorry hiring this company!

Gettin It Done Excavation installed our new septic system - they were efficient, communicative, and very professional. We hit some delays due to weather and Phillip made himself available to troubleshoot any issues with our old system. Highly recommend.

I hired Philip to install a new drainfield and tank. The complicating factor was that I would be in Africa when the installation happened and I was trying to get my rental listed to sell. We discussed the scope of the work and I put my faith in Phillip to make decisions and adjustments as needed to “GET IT DONE”. My faith was well rewarded with a stellar job, on budget, with a few extras thrown in for free. And my house was ready to go on the market and sold before I got back from Africa.
