I had an excellent experience with this company! I reached out to inquire about heat pressing my Eras tour merchandise, as I had heard that washing them could potentially ruin them. Even though they don't usually offer this service, they went above and beyond by allowing me to drop off my items immediately. To my delight, I was able to pick up my freshly pressed merch the very next day. They meticulously heat pressed and even sent the pieces through the dryer for proper curing. Not only did my Eras tour merch turn out fantastic, but they also took care of other tour merchandise I had. Now I can wash them without any worries. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for all your needs. Their exceptional communication and friendly demeanor make them a top choice.
