GHS is apart of VIO Security, please do your homework , my equipment always had problems and VIO Security customer service is horrible...the sales reps are very misleading, it takes 7-days for a tech to come out and fix any alarm equipment problem. calling VIO you cannot get ahold of any supervisors...please look for another alarm company...you would thank me later.......

If I could give less than 1star I would.. Great initial impression....horrible when you want to cancel account. I sold my home, canceled the account in January, disputed the debit in February and in March, Now April and they charged my account again so AGAIN I have to dispute the charge, had thought to get their service at the new address, NOT A CHANCE!!!Stay away!!!!

Very bad news!!
Stay away from this security company.
They have horrible practices to keep their customers happy.
After a 3 year contract, you can not cancel unless you notify them in writing at least 30 days in advance.
In our case they claim never received the letter.
They service is below average..
