This place is great! I've used them twice now to get parts for my dryer and dishwasher. They had the OEM parts for my dryer right there in the store. For the dishwasher, they didn't have them in the store, but within the same day, got 2 from their warehouse and 1 from another store. This allowed me to make the repair that day, rather than having to wait 7-10 for an online retailer. Very knowledgeable and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I can't say enough good things about this place. A couple days ago the dial and mechanism broke on my dryer and I actually spent $600 to replace the dryer. Then my wife and I got to thinking about the possibility of it just being a simple dial replacement. After cancelling the purchase we went all around looking for a dial. My wife found one but it wouldn't quite fit. Then she came here. They took the time to listen to her, look at the part. They identified that there was something stuck in the old dial that was part of the dryer, not the dial. They could've have sold her that piece for $100, but instead helped her get it out of the old dial and into the new one at no charge. It worked perfectly and the old dryer is fixed. Thank you Gianelli's for being so kind and helpful to my wife and saving us a ridiculous amount of money. If we ever have any appliance issues in the future, this will be the first place we go.

Hello,
My air conditioner was not cooling my home. Called a couple local repair shops and they were asking way too much for the repair. I found out I had a leak and all the Freon was gone. A co-worker recommended Tim from Gianelli's. Called Tim and I swear, he was a blessing. Explained EVERYTHING about my air conditioning system and how the repair would be performed. The cost of the repair was beyond reasonable. Seriously folks, Tim had so much integrity it shocked me.....and I told him so. I've had a lot of repairs on my home over the years and I must say, Gianelli's is the most impressive company I've had the pleasure of working with. Tim is the man. Found out that they do remodeling too. Moving forward, this is the company I will be working with for all my repairs. I usually don't write reviews, but I was truly impressed and satisfied with the service. Tim, me and my wife thank you. Seriously man, you saved us a bundle of money.
