Dr. Giannotti is a true professional with the latest in high-tech equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful with the same high standards. I always recommend Dr. Giannotti as I have enjoyed great service there.

Terrible customer service, called just to ask a question of whether its possible to get a lens re-fitted for a smaller frame and the whole time the woman on the phone kept being defensive telling me there are no refunds, even though I wasn't asking for one. You are better off going to another local optometrist.

I am a 73 year old woman who had been suffering with swollen eyes for 2 weeks. I had put a cream on my eyes and had a reaction then used some over the counter eye drops and they made the problem much much worse. The office fit me in as an add on and Dr. Giannotti spent alot of time with me, which was a surprised. It had been over 30 years since I had been to his office and was extremely happy with the care I received and my eyes are much much much better. I would recommend his office any time.
