Gifford Campground

It was nice. Had a nice campground, good views. Till a homeless guy came to the campground next door, didn’t pay, didn’t get checked. Constantly asking for things. Casing out all the campsites. Made it a very terrible experience. Couldn’t leave our camp behind in fear of having it ransacked by a homeless guy. I don’t know why the camp hosts just left and did no checks. Left no numbers to call.

It's a bit crowded but clean. It was very smokey while we were there. Wide boat ramp and a sandy beach for the kids.

Gifford is a great place to have a mini vacation. When they get the docks repaired it will even be better.
