I don't give 1 star reviews often, but I would give this a zero star if I could.

1. Safety - there are very few rules, and all of them were broken every minute. The parents are either not present or are too busy with their electronic devices. Socks is a must, and more than half the kids were not using socks. The staff on duty was on her phone the entire time as well. Kids were injured as they stampede upon one another. There was constant crying.

2. The balloon pit had no balloons. All of the balloons have been shoved out of the pit, and no one cared to replace them.

3. Expensive. There are other playgrounds such as this, many of them are bigger. This is the most expensive that we have been to - $12+tax. The normal price for other places is $8.

We’ve seen “Blippi” play here on his show and we live quite close so decided to visit! Wow were we disappointed!!!!

1. The front desk lady was friendly but taking pictures with a digital camera of her screen and cash she was counting (in front of several customers....) . And she also “sneakily” snapped a few photos of me and my sister...I mean.. it’s fine but kind of weird too?
2. She touched ALL of our small (non-mobile) babies hands, and asked to hold them. It just felt too involved and awkward since she IS a stranger. I know she was just being friendly but there is a line of appropriateness that was crossed I believe.
3. This place is FILTHY. Dust and hair on the ground. The structures were ALL falling apart and there were several balloons that had popped and the remains weren’t taken care of... hello dangerous!!!
4. For $24 (for 2 kids) I would expect a LOT more. My kids ran around and had fun which is great but I didn’t feel comfortable with the cleanliness or the broken structures. In the end I will NEVER be coming back or reccomending it to anyone. There are other indoor play places that take cleanliness and safety seriously... go to those and DO NOT go to this place.
