I am very disappointed in Gigi Olsen. We bought the home she and her family actually lived in. She was dishonest in her representation of her home and its quality. We have had to do major renovations, to include appliances and flooring, as well as painting. She actually stated she painted the cabinets, however with one sponge wipe the paint could be removed. We hired a professional painter and he was amazed at what she had done with the cabinets and the walls. She stated she had the house professionally cleaned, but I am have yet to see how that is possible, I have spent numerous hours removing crayon and and mildew from every part of this house. Her family placed built in cabinets over the the switches that operate the propane fireplace and she stated they never used it. We are still waiting for the paperwork after we insisted that the house have the roof replaced. If you are buying a house she has listed, buyer beware. She has no integrity.

Gigi was fast and efficient in all aspects of our work together. She connected us with a local lender and was available to answer questions whenever they popped up. She really goes above and beyond for her clients. It was a pleasure working with her and we thank her for getting us into our first home!
