Juan was excellent working with us on getting what we wanted. It was nice to have the no pressure sales. The finance department worked with us to get us what we wanted. Over all experience was excellent.

We travelled from Montana to buy a car from Gilchrist. Zach Davis was fantastic to deal with. We had to organize the purchase from two states away, and we'd contacted dealers all around Seattle. Zach was friendly, honest, and followed our lead on communication (i.e. low pressure). We'd buy another vehicle here.

Walked into the service department this afternoon for the first time. 7 people working in the service department, 1 gentleman was on the phone, the old lady was staring at us rudely upon arrival, and the rest were on their phones or looking at their screens like we didn’t exist. Not a single person looking to help the only customer in the building. Sadly we purchased our vehicle from this establishment. Cannot believe the lack of customer service. Thankful I had the ability to question where I should check in and the only employee working got off the phone to assist with the check in. Do not recommend this Chevrolet service department.
