Place is a joke but might be under new ownership now… I went here in 2019 to have my glow plugs replaced. Some dark haired guy said it would be $1200! 😂😂 I politely declined the service. What a joke! Took it into Del Carpine and they did the job for $182.00

I don't normally write reviews but as a new Sprinter owner in Hood River who has had several disappointing service experiences with Mercedes dealerships in Portland, as well as another local service provider who charges the exact same rates as the dealerships, I was referred to Gillco as another local source for Sprinter service. From the first encounter with the advisor, to the automated documentation process and of course the actual service I received I was overwhelmed. I did not think these type of service providers actually existed anymore. Very knowledgeable on Sprinter service and reasonably priced. They have a new customer for life and if you own a Sprinter in the Gorge, and don't want to deal with the stealerships, this is your service place !
