The company has done a much better job about responding to emails and has been much more lenient on residents parking in front of their garages as they see the need from the very limited parking

We had the VAST MISFORTUNE of owning in a community Tiffany worked with us in. She is by far over priced, under serviced and unresponsive in her job. If you work with her and this company best of luck to you, you will need it! We actually sold our house to get away! BEST decision ever!
