I've been going here since 2020 and I'm sad to say that I won't be going back. There has been a large staff turn over and the new people are not as good. I've seen staff sitting and watching videos on their phone with the volume up when there were customers in the shop, i've had my cuticles cut back too aggressively to the point where they were sore and pinpoint bleeding,
Approximately 2 weeks after my last visit I noticed that there was discoloration under the glittery polish I had on one hand. The dip powder popped off revealing a green discoloration of my nail and foul smell. I removed all the polish and found green discoloration on all the nails on one hand.
I went to the doctor and they said that it was likely from the salon and for my nails to heal, I can't wear any nail polish until they fully grow out, which is going to be several months. I am extremely self-conscious for the way that my nails look right now, I work in a professional environment, and I do not like looking unkempt.
It's really unfortunate that the quality has gone so far downhill because I was very happy getting service here for the last 3 years.
