I looked online before bringing my daughter here and their hours were open until 7. I walked in the door at 6:20 and was turned away because apparently they don’t let anyone start after 6:15, but that was not posted on their website or when you search your hours. I understand the policy, but it is not advertised and we wasted a lot of time driving there and dealing with traffic, and then also breaking it to my 4 year old that we actually Couldn’t do anything. With that in mind, I was there with my 4 year old and she would for sure only have the attention span to paint doe 15/20 minutes so we wouldn’t have inconvenienced anyone by staying late. Disappointed in this experience, and don’t think we will be returning.

Will never to a birthday party here again. Tight quarters, need to be quiet (tell 12 years old this) and if your party is schedule at 230 don't show up at 225pm, only 230pm. No one was introduce to the stencils and additional items you could do besides the paint. And you are being rushed rushed rushed must be out within 2 hours this includes the painting, presents, cake everything. He keep coming and telling us to hurry up. Cause we were running out of time. After all said and one and the rush rush rush we actually ending up having 15 minutes left to try to keep 12 year girls quiet cause of other guest. If you have this so called party room put doors and both sides where the noise won't bother your other guest. We paid for the room and we shouldn't of felt rush rush rush. Was here two weeks prior scheduling the party while the grand daughter and daughter were painting and the gal asked me why I am not painting and she said you don't need to be that there is stencils and other things i could of used (they were almost done) and be creative. So if you don't know what you are doing and you go here make sure you ask for everything and how it all works, is it just paint or do you have stencils and decals? You need to ask cause they are sure not going to suggest anything. Well we go back maybe as individuals but never for birthday parties again and would not suggest to any of our great nieces or nephews for something different. We have spent a average of about $350 for her parties and have so much fun. But this was a bust and it is sad at 12 years old for her to remember this as she is the artist in the family.

I painted a mug cup and a butter cover with my boyfriend. All staffs are so friendly. They have a lot of pottery options and colors. Not too hard for a beginner. Also, I liked that it is such a clean and organized place. We will definitely come back for another artworks!
