I highly recommend Glenrose. I scheduled an appointment and within a few hours they arrived as scheduled. They even gave me a courtesy call 15 minutes before so I knew when to expect them. The plumber was very professional and courteous. He explained the repairs that would be needed and gave an estimate. He began work immediately and did a great job on my '70s something bathroom fixtures and drainage trap pipe. The cost was just as estimated. Very impressed with their service and I will use them again in the future. Thank you Glenrose for a job well done!

Oh how I love this company! Our lovely cold snap of weather, I was worried and didn't have hot water. I called on the weekend, they were busy of course, but someone, Heather I believe, answered the phone, calmed my fears answered the questions that she could. They didn't have any openings because I'm sure everyone was calling them, but she said I will call you next week to check on you and see if you still need help......and she did call me! I was so happy to hear they had someone to come out and help me the next day! Enter Larry, LARRY is a ROCKSTAR!!!! He told me everything that he was going to do and try, no hidden fees, everything up front and clear, communication was superb! PLUS, he loves cats and my cats loved him, win win! We are up and running with hot water, those frozen pipes booo, but yay for Glenrose plumbing!! I will be a forever customer, thank you for your kindness and care!

Had a scare on a Sunday night, my drain lines were backed up and I couldn’t plunge enough to clear it and water waste starting flowing up out of my showers. Called that night, dispatch told me they could have someone out the next morning. Randy showed up and sent the crud cutter down the clear out drain and unblocked whatever was in there. Took him less than an hour and he also gave me tips on other plumbing questions I had. Super good dude and great service. Will recommend to anyone who needs plumbing services
