Very bad experince in refinancing my car, they just keep smiling and giving estimation for the best rate and loan amount to make the application, after that they destroied my credit and declined me because they want 40% as down payment, when i saied ''ok i can do it'', then they rised the APR from 7% to 18%. And they didn't even tell me my credit score. All that happened by my follow up, no bodey called me back after the application.
