This place has the worst service ever. Claudia the person answering the calls cannot keep her word and contact us when she says she will. We were supposed to be refunded a certain amount of money and we got less than half of the amount stated on the letter. Chasing after them to give an answer shouldn’t be the case and to get answers like “ something came up, we need more time”, it’s not helping. These kind of people don’t actually care. letter was mailed October 10th and it’s now December. Wish I could post a picture of the papers but I will wait to see what will be done.
