Great experience, great products. Customer service was excellent on multiple occasions. After installation we discovered we had lost two of the exterior bolts on one of our lights. Monica tracked them down and was able to get us new ones at no additional charge.

Underwhelmed by the home improvement store selection, and overwhelmed by online options I decided to swing by Globe. When I explained the application/use to the salesperson she steered me away from the $100+ lights I’d been eyeing and to a $15 option.
We installed last night and it’s prefect. I’d have been an easy up sell so Globe deserves praise for meeting the customers needs without taking advantage of them. Will be sending people their way for sure!

We showed up a little early for a pick up. Quinton was here not only on time but a little early for his shift. He was nice enough to come out and greet us and let us know that the store wasn’t quite open yet. how often do you see that? Most employees hide behind the door until that final opening second. What a great customer service by Quinton!! He got the order together and ready to go so as soon as things opened, we were out the door and on our way. He has such a happy disposition that is lacking in many areas of retail these days. So refreshing to see. Thank you very much Quinton, experiences like that will keep us coming back for sure!
