Product is available and the store is beautiful but the employees are seemingly trained similarly to Sephora employees, I was cornered by an employee who was rather pushy and insisted I make a purchase with him immediately, I hadn’t even browsed the entire store, turns out he put in a “pick up order” instead of just checking out when you’re ready. I was unaware that this was their standard process but it really made for an uncomfortable shopping experience having an associate trail behind you. I’m a makeup artist by trade, and sometimes it seems as if they’re trained to assume your level of knowledge rather than ask questions. Would rather just order online. Not worth the forced interaction with less than genuine employees (I don’t blame them retail sucks)

Don’t understand makeup but this place has amazing interior design! Beautiful layout and art pieces. Employees wore baggy pink suits that gives the store a soul of that pinky vibes. Definitely a cool place to check out!

Accidentally stumbled on this place when we were in the area. Unfortunately it was closed but we returned the following day. The store is beautiful. I love all the moss, mushrooms, and Seattle aesthetics in the interior. Everything is sanitized once you've tried a tester and left it in its designated cleaning spot in the middle of the tables. The best purchase I made from here was the Glossier 32 oz. bottle. The purple and the limited edition G art is great. Motivates me to drink more water whenever I use it. The staff were helpful and kind. Come by if you're in the area!
