Used to be a great company with much to offer, but they were bought out and have lacked customer service ever since. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with as a purchaser. They won't answer emails back or the phone will ring and ring and ring. Place an order several mount a go and I still don’t have my product yet , customer service put you on hold and after few minutes the transfer you call to the voicemail, my best recommendation don’t waist your time and found your self an other provider.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with as a purchaser. They won't answer emails back or the phone will ring and ring and ring. I received invoices for ship charges on product that was never received/cancelled not once, but twice, and had a difficult time resolving the issue. When I DID reach customer service, they never apologized (which goes a long way) and had to reach out to a "middle man" handling our account. Save yourself some time and buy solid surface adhesives elsewhere.
