I've been an infrequent customer of g. miller for years. I don't often need new clothes, mostly to update my wardrobe for business travel. I can walk in after a year or two's absence and my name is remembered. They remember my preferences. The selection may be a bit limited compared to a big box something or other, but it is always suitable and of the very best quality. If I need special and immediate (I tend to put things off till the very last minute) tailoring, they come through. If I want a couple of extra belt loops in these pants, they come through. This is, without exception, the best men's clothing store I've found in Olympia.

I went to g.miller to do some Christmas shopping and found some wonderful gifts. I also wanted some jeans, but the size I needed wasn't on the shelf. I thought there was no way I'd get the size i needed before Christmas, but the salesperson made a call and guaranteed me they'd arrive before Christmas...which they did! My husband loved all of his gifts from g.miller. Highly recommend this store!

Won’t be back. Despite several people working, we weren’t even acknowledged by anyone. Then when wanting to check out with a $400 jacket, no one would assist us. Left without buying anything. Terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior.
