Went in the other day as GNC sent me a coupon for a free bottle of a supplement. The coupon was good for "in-store" only. I usually order online but this was a great way to get me into an actual GNC store. Well, I will never go back to this one again. When I first went in, the lady at the front was very nice and welcoming. Once I showed her the coupon for the free supplement, tone changed to a very unfriendly attitude as she kept saying "we don't offer that promotion here" as she was basically pushing me out of the store. I understand if they don't offer the promotion, but the fact that she was so rude about it was what upset me about the visit. There are many GNC and supplement stores in the area and will not be going back to this one as their attitude is more about "profit" (implied due to their attitude toward the free item coupon) and I'm sure if I asked, they would probably offer the product that makes the most money for them instead of offering the best product for my needs.
