I ordered a product online. It never arrived. I called and was given the runaround. They told me it was somehow delivered to a large city an hour from me and that "one of the fedexes has it". They told me I would have to find it myself. There are over 20 fedex locations in that city. I called fedex, and they said that the usps had it. It never got to me and GNC keeps hanging up and wont' issue me a refund. Never buy online from GNC, the customer service is terrible to communicate with, they are limited in finding your order, and they hang up when they don't have an answer to a question. They cannot locate your package and ask you to call carriers to find it yourself. I had called their customer service many times with this same result. I was patient and then I am now out $60 for things that didn't get here and am now contacting my bank to issue a refund for that purchase on a product that never arrived. My bank should never have to do this work with me.

New to the area wanted to pick up a few things but the store was closed in the middle of the day. I waited outside for 30 minutes passed the time on the door when they said they would be back and nobody ever came or answered the phone. Terrible service.

Twice I’ve gone to this place to be met by two different rude women. What’s the criteria for working here, nasty and unhelpful? Slightly overpriced than online but I guess you pay for convenience and tougher skin
