I scheduled an appointment with Glenn Nagamatsu a week in advance. I showed up early to my appointment, signed in, and waited 30 minutes before deciding to leave.
I was not greeted in their messy office and waited outside for a call (as a sign suggested). It's currently 2 hours after my missed appointment and still have not been contacted about a cancellation. I even knocked on his door several times with no answer.
This was a very disappointing experience. It was very unprofessional, and I felt like I wasted my time.
