Gil fixed up my ADU after a nightmare contractor couldn’t get it finished according to code and kept failing inspection. He walked off the job and I was overwhelmed because construction wasn’t my lane of expertise. Gil knew how to communicate with us as a homeowner himself. He understood our point of view, was knowledge and helpful, and got the ADU finished and permitted.
