I was waking into subway and saw a man in the cash register agruging with the employee in his face. He was touching the employee and yelling in his face while the employee was standing there waiting for him to leave. As the man left he said insults to the employee about fighting. I thought this was ridiculous and later found out the employee was fired. This tells me the management is lazy, unreliable and does not have there employees back because they never saw it happened and ended up firing him. What a poor system and I hope the manager realizes what they have done.
