Although Casey’s work is pretty good, once he’s done, there is no talking to him. Can’t reach by phone only thru a horrible receptionist who obviously doesn’t give Casey messages or just can’t be bothered. To, try to bypass her, I put in another estimate for a floor and also pointed out that I left messages for the contractor he suggested for another job. To this day I’ve heard nothing. If you don’t want the flooring job just say so. Ignoring your previous customers is bad business. If your too busy for little jobs now just say so. 3 stars for lack of communication and following thru. 5 stars for his work & overall nice guy.

Casey and his brother were awesome. Installed pedestals for my washer/dryer, an overhead light/fan for my living room and lights in my kitchen. They even wore little shoe booties before they came in. Awesome job Go Handyman Services.
