Dimas was absolutely amazing! I would recommend him to everyone. This was my first inspection as a first time buyer and Dimas was patient and took the time to walk us through everything and explain it all to us. He was prompt, friendly, and had expert knowledge about everything! He went above and beyond and educated us about whatever we asked about in and outside the home. I felt like it was a great way to get acquainted with our new home. He actively engaged us and that helped us learn the basics about our house. I especially loved going on the roof! The price was reasonable and the quality of service was exceptional! I will definitely call Dimas when I need an inspection or when I do my ADU conversion.

Dimas was amazing. I am a nervous first time home buyer and he really involved me in the inspection process. He was on time, patient with some difficulty of us getting into the building, and extremely helpful beyond his job scope as an inspector. He responds quickly via text and makes sure to make you feel comfortable and knowledgeable about all of the facets of your property. He is very knowledgeable, thorough and for once all of the AMAZING reviews were right. He is also a contractor so I plan to use him in the future.
