Missed obvious dirt spots on the interior seat, grease on trunk door, water spots on exterior, did not complete the wax that was offered as part of a promotion for leaving a review. He was probably distracted being on the phone most of the time.

My car is cleaner than it was which was the point, but would not get this service again for the price.

Very nice guys but they shampooed the seats and they were still wet when I got it back. Still specs of dirt everywhere on the floor in front and back, I think just from his shoes. Very nice and clean otherwise. Good communication.
