The front staff (heather I think her name is) is extremely rude. poor communication skills and shows no empathy. I'm sorry but it's a real turn off for wanting to see a Doctor when the first person you meet is unpleasant. she either needs an attitude check or to be fired. Hire someone with a better outlook and more sympathetic to peoples conditions and concerns.
