Jasper the owner took great care of me! I took my Macbook Pro on a Sunday afternoon to get my laptop screen fixed because there was a crack. I came right after going to the Apple Store. The next day, I was able to pick it up in the afternoon and getting a good deal. I’m happy with my service that Jasper provided me with.

EBits is an amazing example of small business excellence. They truly care about providing a top quality service for all of their customers. I brought my phone in with a nonfunctional charging port and purchased a full charging port replacement. A few hours later, they called me and informed me that my charging port wasn’t broken but extremely dirty instead. Because of this, they refunded more than half of what I initially paid. They so easily could have not told me that this was the case and not offered a refund, but the fact that they didn’t do that exemplifies their commitment to customer satisfaction. Took my MacBook air in because it suddenly shut off and wouldnt turn back on. They got a diagnosis and started working on it right away, checking in with me all the while. I expressed my concerns for the price point because I'm a new student and don't have a lot of funds. The owner, jasper, was able to work with me on the payment and got me my computer just in time for school!!
