Dr Anna gold is a magician! I had severe back pain after delivery due to labor delivery itself and it got worse in the following weeks. I got massages which helped a little but really what made a difference was my acupuncture sessions with dr gold. I started going once every week and then switched to 2 times per month. Within 2.5months my back pain was completely gone and this absolutely helped with my postpartum recovery as well. Also, Dr. Gold is very sweet and makes you feel super comfortable during the sessions. Such an important quality specially when dealing with needles. I would highly recommend seeing her !
