Went in looking for a chain for a reasonable price and found just that. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Mike had such good energy and really made sure to help us and provide us a positive experience throughout the whole time. Such a great place overall!

Gold & Pawn Jewelry & Loan on Pacific/112th in Tacoma is without a doubt one of the best pawn shops, not just in the greater Puget Sound area/western WA, but throughout the entire state. I do a lot of business with pawn shops around the US, having moved to the PNW from NYC about a decade ago. I’ve been to almost every open pawnshop from Seattle/Tacoma to Spokane and most of those in between and I am not overstating when I say, that this shop stands among the very best in WA. Frankly, there are a lot of options but I consistently find myself buying/selling/loaning with Big Mike (Country) and the fellas here at this shop. They are always friendly, courteous, and incredibly helpful. I’ll be coming here for as long as I have business to do with pawnshops, which will be for a long time coming. Thanks for doing such a great job and I’ll see you again very soon!

First off, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I felt comfortable when I came in the door, greeted by security and I usually don't do reviews unless they're not good. Either because I'm upset by that point or lack of customer service skills/ manners. But I will do this one because this is a very good one! Amazing actually! Carla's charisma was superb, very friendly & helpful to me. I haven't been to a pawn place in years. She actually have me more than I asked for, and only with half of what I brought in. Awesome deal👍 thank u all for a job well done ✅
