Scott always is on time for an inspection. He is prepared and does his inspection thoroughly, and in a timely manner. He seems always patient with my buyers; answering their questions either at the end of the inspection or takes the time to discuss something during the inspection. To me it shows a level of compassion and understanding of the client's needs. I appreciate that.

Gold Coast Inspectors is my first choice in home inspection. They are prompt in returning calls and scheduling an inspection as quickly as possible to meet the clients schedule. The reports are returned promptly also and are very thorough. Scott shares his knowledge and expertise with the client in a way that is easy for them to understand items he calls attention to.
