These people are Great . If you call from 9-5 there are always someone to answer the phone. By far I recommend this company as one of the best. I had interaction with “Paul” and he is great .

Thanks Gold Coast!! Have rented with them for a couple of years and they have always taken care of all our maintenance issues and worked with us to make a payment plan since we are not working as much due to COVID. I called the emergency number last night when our toilet overflowed and the plumbers were here within the hour. Thanks again!!

I'm a low income U.S. VETERAN on a small retirement income. The extremely friendly and courteous folks at "GOLD COAST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT", we're most helpful and understanding in helping me find and move into a very nice duplex with a large backyard for dogs (my best friends). Thanks to them I have an awesome home.
